Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vinafina handbag. If you are not fully satisfied with the item, simply send it back and we will gladly provide either a refund or an exchange. However, please remember that we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used, washed or are not in the same condition as they were when you received them.

In order to return an item, you must contact Vinafina immediately upon receipt of your shipment either via email at info@vinafina.com or telephone at 206-949-3393. Vinafina must receive the returned item within 10 business days of the shipping date. Once Vinafina has received the item in its original, unused condition, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer assumes all responsibility for returning the item in its original condition, including incurred return shipping costs.

Exchanges may be made if the item is in its original, unused condition, including any tags and receipts, and if it has not been more than 20 business days since the date of purchase. Please contact Vinafina with your intend to exchange the item. At that time, the item you wish to have in exchange will be placed on hold until Vinafina has received the original item you purchased and has verified that it is in its original, unused condition. The buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs.
